Love Marriage vs Arrange Marriage

Marriage is a Sacred bond between two people, a commitment for holding each other's hand in health and sickness for a lifetime. Marriage comes with happiness and responsibility. The key element to long last a marriage is love either in love marriage or arrange marriage The concept of marriages are different as per western and Asian culture.

The western people think the concept of arrange marriage is stupid as they say if you both love each other then only get married but the more divorce cases are seen among western people than in Asian people.

In many Asian countries two families first meet each other then if they both like the family , bride and groom then only the marriage happens. There is interference from relatives and many more people. This concept of marriage is arranged marriage.

Both love and arrange marriage are the two sides of the same coin. They both have their own pro’s and con’s. 

In love marriage there both the couple know each other very well which creates a better understanding among themselves therefore there are less chances of having conflicts. Generally, there is equality among husband and wife. They have more choices as in arrange marriage is limited to their own castes/class/ religion. The disadvantage of love marriage is that the youth may get confused between affection and love which can create conflict among them. They are independent in their marriages because whenever they want to get out of a relationship they can.

In arranged marriage both the family inquire about each other and is done completely with the choice of parents.In arranged marriage the couple is most likely to think about their families so they learn to adjust in their relationship. In arranged marriage love may or may not blossom between the couple which can create compatibility issues.

Conclusion

The type of marriage doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is love, honesty,trust in a successful marriage.
