The word LAUGHTER only makes you feel good. Laughter has always been a part of our life. From our childhood we have been taught that when you see someone you give a gentle smile which shows a good gesture. It has been proved scientifically also that laughter can boost your energy and has several benefit. A Vanderbilt University study estimated that just laughing for 10-15 min a day can burn up to 40 calories. There are also several laughing clubs where people gather and laugh together.


Have you ever observed that a silly joke suddenly refresh your mind and you forget all your suffering just for that minute. Laughter decreases your stress hormone and also cures your mental illness. When you laugh there is muscle contraction which increases blood flow and oxygenation and this helps us to relax our body and mind.


Nowadays we hear a lot about depression there are people who has everything i.e. money success, people but they are not happy that is because of the lack of humor and laughter. Nowadays people are too busy in earning money that they have forgotten to live their life which causes stress and make people depressed.though you witness to your situation and allow yourself to feel victim you can find humor in it and see it with a fresh eye. Even forced laughter releases a cocktail of hormones that can improve your mind.


It is not that people who laugh does not feel pain but the level of pain that they feel fades away with laughter. It cures several diseases that people are suffering from like heart disease, cholesterol, mental illness etc.

It is said that the most beautiful laughter is of a child. So we just need to find the child that is hidden inside us and can leave healthy and happy forever.
