Advertising is propagating your services and products to its tentative markets and respective consumers but the key is to make an advertisement with an everlasting impression and designing its campaign in such a way that it creates a hammering unforgetful impression on the mind of the buyers. This is where consumer relation comes into play.


A company with stronger CRM (customer relationship management) tends to have more set of the loyal customer in comparison to those who do not stress on such programs. How CRM (customer relationship management)? When an advertisement is published on various platforms such as Print media, Television or nowadays digital space it goes under the visual scanner of millions and in some cases billion and for those viewers that advertisement is the representation of the organization for that particular instance. Whatever the advertisement showcase it becomes the spokesperson of the organization which can impact unconventionally.

For instance, ever wondered why a toddler or kids loves to watch the advertisement? As an adult, we find it boring as we save such things in our library of thoughts once we experience it but younger ones like to see things they find amusing and advertisements are tailored similarly.
